I Got Hurt On 2/24/2016 Went To The ER And

I got hurt on 2/24/2016 went to the ER and they said I have a really bad contusion on my leg, the area affected are the knee ankle and leg. Now the bruising went away but I have a hard lump on the side of my leg and it gets swollen at the end of the day. Should I be concerned my ankle still has some bruising but the area that hurts to the touch is the side of my leg in between my knee and inner leg the opposite side of the bruise
