I Got Ill On December 18th With What I Thought

I got ill on December 18th with what I thought was stomach flu. Had fever, chills, body aches, violent stomach cramping and diarrhea but NO vomiting. All symptoms went away after 4 days except for the terrible cramping and diarrhea. It has been almost 3 weeks with no relief. Been using pepto bismol but it is temporary. I'm so uncomfortable and it doesn't appear to matter what I do or do not eat as it has not changed.
