I Got In A Scuffle Recently, About 2 Days Ago.

I got in a scuffle recently, about 2 days ago. Now I've noticed that the tip of my nose is a little tingly when touched. Almost like when your leg falls asleep and touching it causes a tingling sensation. There might have been some bleeding at the time of the incident. I don't know whether or not my nose is broken. There is no pain on my nose at all. When I touch the top right side of my nose (where the bone begins) and add pressure I feel the right side of my septum go numb/tingle. There is no noticrable swelling or crookedness. So I'm wondering what's happening.
