I Got Increasingly Severe Vertigo One Week After Novocaine At

I got increasingly severe vertigo one week after novocaine at site of root canal on upper left side and more dizziness if I suddenly turned to the left or lay on left side in bed. Could this be a delayed reaction? There was no infection in tooth undergoing root canal. Old filing chipped tooth.
