I Got Into A Car Accident On Saturday And Think

I got into a car accident on Saturday and think i got whiplash. My neck has been stiff and hurts to move on and off the last few days and have very bad head ace. I aslo pee my pants a little when I cough. Should i seek medical help or this subsidie on its own?
