I Got Itching Before 1 Month And I Informed That

I got itching before 1 month and I informed that I had yeast infection. General doctor give me a tube and I almost ridge off but my periods were staterd before a week and my itching is on it's highest level. My periods were finished a day before yesterday but my itching is still continue I had pain on my vaginal part and my skin of vaginal part become white and it just look like dead skin removing is happening. I have white discharge too
I am in Russia when I got infection I was in India I really don't know what should I do.
In Russia I met gynecologist she told me to inject antibiotics and give me some medicine too but it's not working on my itching
Please help me and tell me what should I do
