I Got Lightheaded While In A Meeting And Then Have

I got lightheaded while in a meeting and then have had a dull headache and after 5 hours have a vaginal feeling. I checked my blood pressure and it is ok. Higher than usual but still within good range. I am 84 years old and have a history of UTI's but not on any prescriptions except a low dose of anti biotic to keep me from having uti.
What is going on?
