I Got Marina IUD Inserted The End Of September, I

I got marina IUD inserted the end of September, I have been bleeding sense! I use a tampon all day every day. Two days ago I started having urgent feeling to pee. Where usually when I have to pee I could hold it, now as soo n as I have to pee its urgent! And my blood is a brown color and have a funny smell. I talked to the doc and he told me I had a bv infection and put me on meds. That was about a week ago, now my overies hurt and my vagina hurts. It's hurts Really bad when I walk or sit down. Any ideas why?
