I Got Married Last Month. In A Different Country From

I got married last month. In a different country from where I'm now. Had protected inter course with my husband. Five days before my period I saw 2 patches of blood from my vagina. A day after my missed period date I did a stripe pregnancy test and also a digital one. Both were negative. I went through a lot of changes in food and activity in the past month. But I feel heavy and bloated. Could I be pregnant?
