I Got Married On 6dec. My Periods In Jan Were

I got married on 6dec. My periods in Jan were 10 days earlier then more 5 days earlier in February. Now after week they have started again. In Jan all my blood reports were good except b12 and some blood and protein in urine. My urine test was done again and then it was all good. Should I see doctor or this is normal?
