I Got Mirena Removed July 31st And Had A Period

I got mirena removed July 31st and had a period August 1st. We are trying to conceive and had unprotected sex all throughout my ovulation. Yesterday I just started having some light bleeding. It started a brownish color and is now bright red with some blood clots and mucous could I be pregnant?
