I Got My #12 Molar Pulled Today And Noticed A

I got my #12 molar pulled today and noticed a huge hole in my gum when I noticed it was still bleeding severely after 13 hours. I got 2 stitches in my gum because my sinus runs right where the tooth roots were, is it possible I ripped my stitches out?
