I Got My Tragus Pierced 2 Days Ago And It's

I got my Tragus pierced 2 days ago and it's throbbing quite bad! It's also swollen and it feels like a broose. I clean it twice a day with boiled saltwater so it can't be an infection. Is this normal for it to be so sore or am I doing something wrong?
