I Got My Anomaly Scan In 22nd Week. I Was

I got my anomaly scan in 22nd week. I was told I have posterior low lying covering the internal OS at present. And Amniotic Fluid is lower limit of normal (AFI: 9.2 cm). I'm worried about the distance. I ave advised to take rest. Please advice me what should I do to increase the distance.
