I Got My Belly Button Pierced When I Was 13

I got my belly button pierced when I was 13 I took it out when I was 16 and I am now 19 and no belly ring, i got a black head looking pump in my belly it was like a little peice of something black in the piercing whole so I squeezed it and the black came out and a long, long, stringy worm like white stuff now my belly ring whole is wider and hurts and it red what should I do?
