I Got My Blood Tests Back, My LYMPHOCYTE ABSOLUTE COUNT

I got my blood tests back, my LYMPHOCYTE ABSOLUTE COUNT is showing 3.2 x10E3/uL which is slightly higher than standard range 0.7 - 3.1 x10E3/uL. Is this a precursor to HIV? My other counts (NEUTROPHILS, MONOCYTE, ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL, BASOPHIL) all show normal.
