I Got My Nexplanon Tooken Out Of My Arm Almost

I got my nexplanon tooken out of my arm almost a month ago and I had unprotected sex so two days later I go a plan B pill. After taken the plan B pill I had unprotected sex again. Three days later I started my period. I really want a baby now but when I was on the nexplanon I had irregular periods so I'm not sure when I get my periods it varies but my period last for a month when I was on nexplanon. What could I do to make a baby?
