I Got My Old Implanon Removers And A New One

I got my old implanon removers and a new one inserted on oct 22, 2014. Today is nov 7, 2014 and although the bruising is gone the ends of my implant seem to be protruding more and more. It's almost like a ball at each end. When I called 2 days ago they told me to call back in a week if it's still a problem. But since then it has gotten worse. I'm not sure what's happening to my body or what to do.
