I Got My Period The Begining Of The Month I

I got my period the begining of the month I had sex being on my period . After then my nipple started hurting and I felt weird like if I was going to get my period two weeks later I get period again .this never happened to me . When I eat after I'm eating I'm starving bad and I get hungry every 2 or 3 hours can I get help or some type of answer please and thank you
