I Got My Periods Today Almost 7 Days Late. I

I got my periods today almost 7 days late. I was feeling fatigue, raised body temp, puking sensation, slight headache and mood swings from past 10 days. I also had vaginal disharge which was pale like water. I had no symptoms of periods but it started suddenly today. My test came negative today morning but I still feel pukish. Are there chances that I can still be pregnant?
