I Got My Tongue Pierced 4 Days Ago, Im Prone

I got my tongue pierced 4 days ago, im prone to keloids so i have a somewhat large keloid in front of my piercing, which im not worried about. But i have 1 lymph node thats swelling under my chin. Any idea what it could be? Ive had 2 oral piercings before and never had that reaction.
