I Got My Tubes Tied 8 Yrs Ago On October

I got my tubes tied 8 yrs ago on October 27th, my question is I'm supposed to get my period on the 10th and they are usually very regular, for the past 3days I've had very light peach spotting only when I wipe, is this a sign of pregnancy? This has NEVER happend before.
