I Got My Wisdom Teeth Extracted (just The Bottom Two)

I got my wisdom teeth extracted (just the bottom two) last Wednesday and the bleeding stooped two days later but today (8/24/2015) out of nowhere while I was eating a grilled cheese sandwich.. I made sure to bite with front teeth and it was soft too I started to bleed ..more like gushing out blood from my mouth what can it be ?
