I Got My Wisdom Teeth Pulled 3 Days Ago. I

I got my wisdom teeth pulled 3 days ago. I feel a sore in my gums where the top tooth was pulled. I look inside and it looks like a tiny white worm head sticking out and hurts when I touch it with my Tongue (just like a sore on your inner cheek) I also feel a little sharp piece sticking out from my gum where the tooth was extracted from?

Any ideas
