I Got My Wisdom Teeth Removed About A Week Ago,

I got my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago, they said three had to be busted out and one was easily removed. I have a lisp because I can close my mouth, I have a skin tag like thing hanging over the edge of my back bottom teeth and I bit those pieces of skin. Will it go away or is it abnormal?
