I Got My Wisdom Tooth Out And They Had To

I got my wisdom tooth out and they had to cut out part of my jawbone where my wisdom tooth was and then after they took out my Wisdom tooth out they put back the part of my jawbone that they cutout back in place but they put it in wrong And After everything healed Back where I got my wisdom tooth out is in bad pain I've tried every single pain medicine and numbing gel and salt water nothing help what else should I do?
