I Got Of My Birth Control Sept 19 , 2018

I got of my birth control sept 19 , 2018 and started last week we’d i been feeling bloated and sharpe cramps in my stomach as long with my back hurting last week Thursday I went to the bathroom and I was bleed the next day it was real light red and then went away Friday morning I started spotting again and went a way since I been off my birth control I haven’t got my period i too. A urine test at the hospital came back out negative they said it might be my birth control cleaning out but to me I feel like I’m pregnant because I shouldn’t be in pain for 6 days and on top of that my nipples hurt a little
