I Got Off Of Depo Back In December. I Thought

I got off of depo back in December. I thought I had a period last month but I only bled one day and the cramping lasted just that one day as well. I've noticed these past couple weeks of brown discharge and it's scaring me because the last time I had sex was in Jan. What is the problem?
