I Got On The Depo Shot 2 Days After Giving

I got on the Depo shot 2 days after giving birth in June, September i was 11 days late on my shot but got it September 23rd my doctor said she had to give me a pregnancy test since i was late the 26th i got a test back saying i had clamydia, but wasn't pregnant. My next shot is in December but im feeling movement in my stomach and see my stomach getting a little pudge but no symptoms but bumping kicking movement am i pregnant, bloated, gassy, or what ?
