I Got Permanent Eyeliner And She Went A Little Bit

I got permanent eyeliner and she went a little bit on the waterline. I didn't like it so she went over it to try to remove the pigment its swollen and it looks like it has little red dots in that area I'm worried that it's going to give me problems I like the way it looksbut at the same time I don't want to cause problems its not all the way on just in the corner
