I Got Pregnant After Fertility Treatment And Had A Miscarriage

I got pregnant after fertility treatment and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks pregnancy,now am trying to get pregnant again my doctor recently placed me on some medications like clomid50mg,duphaston10mg,progynova2mg and i was not given any medication to take care of the miscarriage i had will it affect me, what are my chances of getting pregnant again,how will i take care of myself after the miscarriage.
