I Got Punched A Week Ago In Eye And It's

I got punched a week ago in eye and it's still red iris and sclera,but not so big?and also I can feeling little crack sound on my nose while chewing for first time after resting but not deviation,skin is fine,sensation while touching,little heavy breath but think it's normal
