I Got Punched In The Back Last Night, I Have

I got punched in the back last night, I have a sharp pain in my mid/lower back. On my right side. Around the kidney or just below, I'm not sure. The pain goes to my right testicle and hurts to walk and roll around in bed. When I move my right leg or move quickly, I get a shooting pain on the right side/lower back that goes to my testicle.
