I Got Punched In The Forehead A Bit Over A

I got punched in the forehead a bit over a year ago, and I had two lumps above my right eye with a small bruise on each one. I never got any medical attention, and the bruising went away on its own as swelling went down just a little. The lumps are still there slightly, will they ever go away?
