I Got Red Flush On My Neck And Face This

I got red flush on my neck and face this morning after taking my regular medications - like allergic reaction and went to bathroom and took Benadryl tablet - heart started beating fast so sat down and benadryl finally took effect. this as never happened before ` - medicines are Valsartan, Livalo, estradiol, fish oil, flaxseed oil, caltrate, metropol, daily vitamins and 2 tylenol arthritis - any ideas?
