I Got Scratched By A Dog On My Right Leg

I got scratched by a dog on my right leg but it's not bleeding . Can this cause rabies or infection? I just put alcohol . The owner says , her dog got shots , record shows the vaccine due date is on Feb.28,2019. How can I treat the wound or minor scratches from a dog?
