I Got Scratched By My Cat A While Back. After

I got scratched by my cat a while back. After it healed I had an itchy, burning spot that spread from my shoulder up my neck. Now my shoulder is fine but my neck is driving me nuts and my scalp is beginning to itch too. There is no hint of a rash and its only red after I've been scratching it. Tried creams and found 1 that helps but it only treats. Any suggestions?on
