I Got Scratched On My Thumb With A Nail While

I got scratched on my thumb with a nail while taking apart an old house there was just a small but of bleeding but it stopped quickly on its own. I washed it well with soap and water before putting some a and d ointment on it and covering it with a bandage for the rest of the day. I'm not sure when my last tetanus shot was but my mom says it should be up to date. Am I going to die?
