I Got Shingles Six Weeks Ago Then Had Angioplasty Done

I got shingles six weeks ago then had angioplasty done in my right leg artery an now always feel chilled as well as the needles and pins feeling from my waist to my knees. I am not running a fever but have a constant headache. I am an insulin dependent diabetic also. Why am I so cold all the time?
