I Got Sick In July And Antibiotics Only Helped Until

I got sick in July and antibiotics only helped until i finished them then it came back almost immediately after, then i took steroids and it went away until now. three days ago i woke up with a swollen throat and it has gotten progressively worse since then. the next day i had piercing headaches and my whole body ached and i was a nauseated with a fever and i could barely talk or swallow. then the third day i got the chills and would get hot and cold very easily and just couldnt stop shaking. my whole throat hurts for the most part but mostly my left side is more swollen and hurts more.
