I Got Sick With A Viral Cold Thing In September

I got sick with a viral cold thing in September and have not been the same since. Dizzy (struggle to drive), nausea, anxious, some panic attacks, keeping red dry eyes, just an overall feeling of not right. 33yo female, usually pretty healthy, no smoking or drinking, 2 kids less than 4yo, have mthfr and hlab27 (bilateral uveitis from Feb to July). Colonoscopy came back good. No celiacs but did test for wheat sensitivity. Labs as follows:

TSH 2.03 mciu/ml
Free t4 0.89 ng/dl
Free t3 3.28 pg/ml
Tpoab 23.97 units
Thyrogl autoab 0.09 units
Ferritin 34.5 ng/ml
B12 227 pg/ml
Acth 28 pg/ml
Cortisol 24.9 mcg/dl
C reactive protein 3.3 mg/l

One doc says she thinks it is Hashimotos based on symptoms and labs. My pcp disagrees and believes my symptoms are related to hlab27. Do my labs reflect a Hashimotos diagnosis? Are there more labs that could be done? Would an ultrasound of thyroid show more?
