I Got Some Poison Ivy Or Something Like That About

I got some poison ivy or something like that about 2 weeks ago. I went to the dr and got 5 days of prednisone and took it and use some benedryl cream for the itch. It has moistly gone away but I still have some small spots on my arms that really itch bad at times. New ones seem to pop up at times in other spots. Can this spread? I am washing it off every day.
