I Got Stabbed/scratched With A Tiny Branch On Upper Wrist

I got stabbed/scratched with a tiny branch on upper wrist area doing yard work. It was extremely sore immediately & a hard line underneath skin. Didn't seem to have penetrated & broken off. Swelling and redness in a 2x3" area still. Didn't bleed. Hurts badly but doesn't itch. There was poison ivy in the area thugh.
