I Got Stung By A Bee About 5 Days Ago

I got stung by a bee about 5 days ago on the back of my neck close to my spine,3 days after I got stung i found a hard lump close to were the be stung me also my whole neck is swollen,an very sore also have shortness of breath is this related to the bee sting or should I seek medical attention for the lump?
