I Got Surgery To Remove A Cyst In My Wrist

I got surgery to remove a cyst in my wrist last Friday. they gave me dissolvable stitches and I recently feel like the stitches have popped and my wound is open but I cannot see it because I have a soft cast over it. I feel like there is blood dripping out from the wound but I do not see any coming through the soft cast but it feels wet and itchy. what should I do and is it easy to break your stitches?
