I Got The Implanon About 5 Days Ago And I

I got the Implanon about 5 days ago and I can feel air bubbles more around when I press on my arm on either side of the implant. It's also crazy bruised but just tender and doesn't limit me in any way. Is this something I need to check out? Could it be fluid buildup that I need to worry about?
