I Got The Nexplanon. I Have Had It For Almost

I got the Nexplanon. I have had it for almost two years now and haven't had a period in about one year or longer after get the implant. Yesterday evening I started having very bad cramps and started bleeding heavy and it has yet to stop. I haven't had cramps this bad even when I had a period.
