I Got The Implannon Almost About 3 Years Ago. At

I got the implannon almost about 3 years ago. At first things were fine then I started bleeding longer then normal, to very little and irregular to no period. I missed about 2 cycles, got it removed and switched to depo for one injection. I didn't go back when I was due which was late April to mid May.. I since then still haven't had my period. Now here it is August, and I started taking Mononessa. Will it help with getting my perod back to ovulate after the first pack? I'm trying to conceive and need to know if and what exactly Will help?
