I Got The Implanon Inserted On August 6th 2015 And

I got the implanon inserted on August 6th 2015 and I've started noticing a rash on the opposite arm that fades away and comes back, it's under the skin and consists of small redish/pink dots all in the one area, I've never really gotten rashes before now, so I'm wondering if it would be a possible side affect or if it is harmless to me.
