I Got The Shingles Shot About A Month Ago. I

I got the shingles shot about a month ago. I developed a red rash over most of my body, and still have it. There are tiny little bumps all over my skin. My doctor gave me predisone which slowed it down, but after that wore off the itching and bumps are back. Is this normal? Will it go away? Is there anything I can take for this? Thank you.
